Service Description

To stave off hunger pangs until they eat a very late dinner, Spaniards snack on tapas, a variety of small appetizers. Cold or hot, they are found in select bars across Spain and have evolved into an entire, sophisticated cuisine. In this class, students learn to make cheese croquettes, tortilla Española, meatballs with romesco sauce, clams with chorizo, garlic shrimp with pimento, and stuffed mushrooms.
